Changing or Canceling Your Plan

How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan.

Changing or Canceling Your Plan

You can change your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect according to Stripe's prorated billing.

Upgrading

When you upgrade to a higher plan:

  • New features and credit limits are available immediately.
  • You're charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.
  • Your next billing date stays the same.

Downgrading

When you downgrade to a lower plan:

  • You keep your current plan features until the end of the billing period.
  • At renewal, you switch to the new plan and its limits apply.
  • No refund is issued for the remaining time on the higher plan.

Canceling

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to your account settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. You'll keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
  4. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your projects and library items are preserved.
  • Active listings remain live but you can't create new ones beyond the Free plan limit.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to restore your previous plan's features.
