Getting Help and Support

There are several ways to get help on Dripper.ai.

Help Center

You're here! The Help Center contains articles covering every feature of the platform. Use the search bar to find answers quickly, or browse by category.

AI Support Chat

Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner to talk to our AI support assistant. It can answer most questions instantly using knowledge from our help articles. For complex issues, it will suggest creating a support ticket.

Contextual Help

Look for the ? icon in modal headers throughout the app. Clicking it opens a help panel with the relevant article for that feature — no need to leave what you're doing.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter a bug or technical issue:

Use the AI Support Chat to describe the problem.
If the chat can't resolve it, it will offer to create a support ticket.
Include screenshots and steps to reproduce the issue if possible.
