Publishing Your First Listing
How to turn your design project into a live product listing on the marketplace.
Publishing Your First Listing
Once you've created a design you're happy with, you can publish it as a listing and start selling.
Before you publish
- Make sure you've set up your seller profile and store.
- Use the Render Center to generate high-quality mockup images — these become your listing photos.
- Check that your design looks good on all color variants you plan to offer.
Creating a listing
- From your project in the Studio, click Create Listing.
- Add a title and description for your product.
- Set your retail price — you'll see the base cost and your profit margin.
- Select which color variants and sizes to offer.
- Choose mockup images for your listing gallery.
- Select which store to publish to (if you have multiple stores).
- Click Publish.
Listing statuses
Your listing moves through these stages:
- Draft — Saved but not published. You can continue editing.
- Pending Review — Submitted and awaiting moderation (if moderation is enabled).
- Active — Live and visible to buyers on your store and the marketplace.
- Paused — Temporarily hidden from buyers. You can re-activate anytime.
After publishing
Manage all your listings from the Seller Dashboard → Listings page. You can edit titles, descriptions, pricing, and variants at any time. You can also duplicate listings, transfer them between stores, or pause them temporarily.
