How to create product listings, set prices, manage variants, and publish to your store.

Creating and Managing Listings

Listings are products you've designed and published for sale. Each listing connects a design project to a specific product with pricing and variant options.

Creating a New Listing

Go to Seller → Listings and click New Listing.
Select a design project from your Studio projects.
Choose which mockup images to display — you can reorder them by dragging.
Set your retail price for each variant. The base cost and your profit margin are shown side-by-side.
Select which colors and sizes to offer.
Add a title, description, and tags for discovery.
Choose a store and category to publish to.
Click Publish.

Managing Existing Listings

From the Listings page you can:

Filter by status (Active, Draft, Archived) or store.
Edit any listing to update pricing, mockups, descriptions, or variants.
Archive listings to remove them from your store without deleting.
Bulk actions — select multiple listings to archive, move between stores, or update status.

Mockup Management

Each listing can have multiple mockup images showing different views, placements, or styles. Reorder mockups by dragging to set the display priority — the first mockup becomes the listing thumbnail.
