Packing Slip Branding

Add your store logo, contact details, and a custom message to the packing slips included with every order.

Packing Slip Branding

Every order shipped from your store includes a packing slip. With packing slip branding you can add your store logo, contact information, and a personal message — so buyers experience your brand, not a generic one.

Where to Find It

  1. Go to Seller Portal → Store Settings (top navigation).
  2. Click the Packaging tab.
  3. The Packing Slip section appears at the top.

What You Can Customize

  • Store Logo — Upload a PNG or JPEG (black & white recommended). Max file size 5 MB. The logo prints at up to 3×2 inches.
  • Store Name — Pre-filled from your store's display name. Edit it here to use a different name on packing slips.
  • Customer Support Email — Shown on the slip so buyers can reach you with questions.
  • Customer Support Phone — Optional. Leave blank if you prefer email-only support.
  • Custom Message — Up to 200 characters. Use this for a thank-you note, social media handle, or discount code for repeat orders.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Open the Packaging tab in Store Settings.
  2. Click Upload logo and choose a PNG or JPEG file.
  3. Confirm your Store Name — edit if needed.
  4. Enter your Customer Support Email.
  5. Optionally add a Phone number.
  6. Write a short Custom Message (200 characters max).
  7. Click Save Packing Slip Settings.

Changes take effect on the next order placed after saving.

Logo Tips

  • Use a PNG with a transparent background for the cleanest result on white packing slips.
  • Black and white logos look best — color logos print in greyscale.
  • Keep the logo simple and legible at small sizes (it prints at roughly 1–2 inches wide).
  • Minimum dimensions: 50×50 px. Maximum: 4000×4000 px.

Custom Message Ideas

  • "Thank you for your order! Follow us @yourbrand for new drops."
  • "Questions? Email us at support@yourdomain.com — we reply within 24 hours."
  • "Use code THANKYOU10 for 10% off your next order."

Multi-Store Sellers

If you manage multiple stores, use the store selector at the top of the Packaging section to switch between stores. Each store has its own independent packing slip settings.

When Do Changes Apply?

Packing slip settings apply to orders placed after you save. Orders already in production will use the settings that were active when they were placed.
