Returns and Refunds
Since all products are made-to-order (printed when you buy them), our return policy focuses on quality issues.
When Refunds Are Available
- Defective or damaged products — If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect.
- Wrong item received — If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
- Significant quality issues — If the print quality is significantly below expectations.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact the store seller through the store page or use the Help Center chat.
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
- The seller or Dripper support will review your request.
- If approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method or a replacement item.
What's Not Covered
Since products are custom-printed, we generally cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or wrong size selection.
- Color differences due to monitor calibration.
- Normal wear after use.
We recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering.
