Return & Refund Policy

1. Shipping

Standard shipping is free worldwide — to every country we ship to. Delivery times vary by product type and destination; an estimated delivery window is shown on the product page and at checkout based on the best available transit estimate from our fulfillment provider.

Expedited shipping may be available for some destinations and products at checkout. When offered, expedited shipping costs extra and the exact charge is displayed before you complete your order. Expedited shipping is not available for all product/destination combinations.

Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Production and shipping times vary by product type and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your delivery date. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason — including a change of mind or buyer’s remorse — you can return it for a full refund. No questions asked.

To qualify, items must be unworn and in original condition (tags attached, unwashed, no signs of wear). Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or wear and tear after delivery are not eligible.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method (the credit card or payment method used at checkout).
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Once issued, your bank or card network may take an additional 1–3 business days to post the credit to your statement.
• Refunds include the full product price plus any shipping charges paid at checkout.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange collection — there is no return shipping cost to you under any circumstances.

6. Exchanges

Because products are custom-printed, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or design, we will issue a full refund on your return and you can place a new order.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use (beyond trying on for fit).
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or wear and tear after delivery.
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

8. Order Cancellation

Because print-on-demand production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellation windows are limited. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@dripper.ai. We will do our best to cancel orders that have not yet entered production, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.

9. International Orders

This return policy applies equally to domestic and international orders. Return shipping is free for international customers as well — we do not require you to ship the item back; just send photos. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes on replacement shipments.
