Return & Refund Policy

The Short Version

  • Every piece is made to order and produced individually, just for you — nothing sits on a shelf.
  • If we got it wrong (damaged, defective, the wrong item, or not as described) we cover it fully — a refund or a remake, at no cost, and you keep the item. Just send a photo.
  • Change of mind? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back at your own cost, unworn and in original condition. One item per order is eligible for a change-of-mind return.
  • Not yet in production? We can cancel your order for a full refund.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

1. If Something’s Wrong, We’ve Got You

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, that’s on us and we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Send us a photo of the issue and we’ll either refund you in full or remake the item — and you don’t need to ship anything back. You keep the original.

This covers you no matter how many pieces you ordered — it is never limited by the one-item change-of-mind rule below. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo.

2. Late Deliveries

Because each piece is produced individually and then shipped, a few days past the estimated delivery date is normal — it usually just means your order is finishing up or moving through the carrier network. We step in when an order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (about three weeks) of the order date. If you hit that mark, contact us and we’ll make it right.

3. Change of Mind, Fit, or Just Didn’t Love It

Changed your mind, or the fit isn’t quite right? You have a 30-day window from delivery to return it. Because every piece is made to order and can’t be restocked, a couple of things apply:

  • You cover the return shipping. Send the item to the return address printed on the package it arrived in.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in its original condition.
  • Your refund is issued on receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Only one item per order is eligible for a change-of-mind return. Any additional items in a multi-item order are final sale.

We don’t send prepaid labels or cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns — that cost is yours. (Returns for our error, in Section 1, are always fully covered.)

4. Cancelling Before Production

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Since we begin making each piece shortly after you order, reach out as soon as possible — once production has started we can no longer cancel it.

5. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Whether it’s our error or a change of mind
  • A photo if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong

For a change-of-mind return, ship the item back to the return address printed on your original package. For anything that’s our error, a photo is all we need — no need to ship anything back.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (the card or wallet used at checkout).
  • For change-of-mind returns, your refund is processed once we receive and inspect the item. Our-error refunds are issued as soon as we confirm the issue from your photo.
  • Once issued, your bank or card network may take an additional 1–3 business days to post the credit to your statement.

7. Not Eligible for a Return

The following aren’t eligible:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used (beyond trying on for fit).
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • The second and any additional items in a multi-item change-of-mind return — those are final sale.
  • Return-shipping reimbursement on anything that isn’t our error.

8. International Orders

This policy applies equally to domestic and international orders. For change-of-mind returns, international customers cover the return shipping just the same — send the item to the return address printed on your package. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes on remakes or replacement shipments.
