1. Custom Print-on-Demand Products

Dripper.ai is a print-on-demand marketplace. Every product is custom-printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because each item is uniquely produced, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or simply not wanting the product anymore.

2. When We Accept Returns & Issue Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • Defective products: Items with printing defects, color issues, misalignment, or manufacturing errors.
  • Damaged in shipping: Items that arrive damaged, torn, or broken during transit.
  • Wrong item received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong product type, wrong size due to fulfillment error).

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or wrong item

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method (the credit card or payment method used at checkout).
  • Refund processing takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after approval.
  • Refunds include the full product price. Shipping costs are refunded if the issue was caused by a fulfillment or shipping error.

5. Return Shipping

In most cases, we do not require you to return the defective or damaged item. Simply provide photos of the issue as proof, and we will process your replacement or refund.

If a return is required in exceptional circumstances, we will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was on our end (wrong item shipped, fulfillment error).

6. Exchanges

Because products are custom-printed, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will issue a refund or send a replacement of the same item. To get a different product, please place a new order.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products where you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item.
  • Products with minor variations from mockup previews (slight color differences between screen and print are normal in print-on-demand production).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or wear and tear after delivery.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

8. Order Cancellation

Because print-on-demand production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellation windows are limited. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@dripper.ai. We will do our best to cancel orders that have not yet entered production, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.

9. International Orders

This return policy applies equally to domestic and international orders. International customers should note that return shipping (if required) may take longer and costs may be higher. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes on replacement shipments.
