Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item:

• One item per order is eligible for a change-of-mind return; any additional items in a multi-item order are final sale.
• It must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition, with tags and hygiene liner intact.
• You cover the return shipping.
• No restocking fees.
• We refund your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us at support@dripper.ai and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll cancel it for a full refund. We start making each piece shortly after you order, so reach out as soon as you can.
