Shipping & Delivery

1. Made-to-Order Model

Dripper does not warehouse finished apparel. Every product in the catalog is printed and assembled after you place your order. This lets us offer a catalog of original prints across many silhouettes without holding deadstock, but it does mean total delivery time = production + transit, not transit alone.

2. Production (Handling) Time

Production typically takes 2–5 business days from order placement to the item leaving the fulfillment facility. More complex products (cut-and-sew swimwear, leggings, all-over-print apparel) trend toward the higher end of that window; standard tees and accessories trend toward the lower end. Production time is independent of shipping speed selected at checkout.

3. Transit Time by Region

Transit time is the time the carrier takes to deliver after the order leaves the production facility. Estimates below reflect what our carrier network typically delivers on for standard shipping:

• United States: 3–4 business days
• European Union: 4–6 business days
• United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
• Canada: 4–8 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout based on the best available carrier estimate. Estimates are not guarantees.

4. Total Delivery Time

To estimate total delivery time, add handling and transit: 2–5 business days production + your regional transit window. For example, a US order will typically arrive within 5–9 business days of order placement.

5. Global Production Network

Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be produced at a facility in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Japan, or Australia — whichever is closest to you and capable of producing the specific product. This lets us keep transit times low and the shipping footprint reasonable.

6. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is currently free on US orders. International shipping pricing is calculated at checkout based on your location. Where available, expedited shipping may be offered at checkout for an additional charge; the exact charge is displayed before you complete your order. Expedited shipping is not available for all product/destination combinations.

7. International Orders, Customs & Duties

Dripper ships internationally. For orders shipped outside your local production region, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Dripper does not collect these charges at checkout unless explicitly noted (e.g. EU IOSS where applicable).

8. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view tracking from your order history page after signing in.

9. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because items are made to order and shipped directly from the production facility, we cannot intercept a package once it has shipped. If a shipment is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we may charge a re-shipping fee.

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, see our Return & Refund Policy. Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
