Navigating the Dashboard

Dripper.ai has several main areas, each designed for a different part of your workflow.

Studio

The Studio is your design workspace. Create product designs using six layer types, AI-powered tools, professional filters and effects, and render photorealistic mockups. Access it from the Studio link in the navigation. See the full Studio Overview for details.

Seller Dashboard

The Seller Dashboard is your business hub:

Overview — At-a-glance metrics: payout-ready balance, pending earnings (14-day hold), total earned, sales count. Filter by period (today, this week, this month, all time) and by store.
Sales History — Detailed log of every sale with status (available, pending, paid), earnings breakdown, listing info, and dates.
Payouts — Payout history with status tracking (completed, pending, processing, failed). Request payouts when your balance is available.
Listings — Manage all your products. Create, edit, duplicate, pause, delete, or transfer listings between stores.
Store — Create and customize storefronts with the drag-and-drop store editor, manage collections, and run promotions.
Promote — Email campaigns, social sharing, SEO tools, promotions/discounts, Google Ads.
Distribution — Sync listings to Shopify, Etsy, TikTok, Instagram, and embed widgets.
Settings — Seller profile, Stripe payment connection, store URLs, verification.

Marketplace

The marketplace is the public-facing shop where buyers discover and purchase products. Browse by category, search for designs, and view trending products.

Customer-facing stores

Each seller store has its own URL with a customizable storefront. Buyers can browse products, filter by collection, add to cart, and check out — all on a branded page you designed.

Orders

Buyers can track their orders from the Orders page — status tracking, shipping details, and return requests are all handled within the platform.
